GAISLACHKOGL

This is undoubtedly the main mountain for freeriders. From 3,058 meters it offers long runs in all directions. Well known for its steep terrain and gnarly chutes.

GIGGIJOCH

This is the area to be in if you're just learning the ropes. Nice gentle and open runs.

RETTENBACHGLACIER

Great for when the snow is still scarce elsewhere, you can always find some powder stashes here. Mainly short to medium length runs close to the lifts.

Mainly short to medium length runs close to the lifts. Also starting point for some of the best and longest runs in Sölden, this should only be done with a guide though.
